You could have a Iron deficiency or a common blood disorder, if bruises are occurring and not sure how they are made it could be a condidtion called ITP.. (Idiopathic) Thrombocytopenia Purpura..it is a platelet disorder. You may want to consult a doctor about this could be something minor but never hurts to get it checked out. Best wishes take care

Spontaneous bruising can be caused by clotting and platelet disorders, certain genetic disorders similar to hemophilia, and as a side effect of medicines that reduce blood clotting. It can also be caused by normal activities.
If you are a very heavy sleeper, you could end up with bruises if you cross your arms while sleeping, and then roll over onto your arms while they are under you. Bruises also don't always show up until 12-24 hours later, so another possibility is you are causing the bruises during the day, which you don't notice, and they don't show up until the next morning, or even two days later. Pay attention to your activities during the day to see if you can figure out if you are doing something that is putting pressure on your arms for a sustained amount of time - like carrying books, or sleeping at a desk with your arms folded, opening doors by pressing with your forearm, etc.

When I was 17 I took my mothers car without asking, I knew should would not let me take it if I asked because the brakes were bad. I ended up crshing into a fence and tearing up the left quarte panel, when I got home my mom asked me why I took the car without asking and I told her I knew she would have said no, so she slapped me in the face. I was a very big kid, bench pressing 320 pounds, so I asked her if she hurt her hand, she reached into the drawer and pulled out a hammer and hit me in the elbow, that got my attention, then she sent me to my room, grounded 2 weeks, lots of house and yard work and I regretted being a disrespectful little brat the whole time. M y point is this, hit your kid, put him over your knee, then explain to him why you did it, tell him you love him but you will not tolerate disrespect. There are wierd people out there who tell you that hitting your kids sends the message that violence is ok, that is not true, I was an amatuer boxer for 10 years and have been in 3 street fights in my whole life, twice defendining someone else. I am much more comfortable making friends and helping people than I am to hit another person. good luck.

Please see your Dr. right away. Bruises like this can signify some anemias, some medications or even some of the leukemias.
It is nothing to mess with. Go sooner rather than later. Good Luck

You most likely have poor circulation, try getting more red meat in your diet. If the problem persists, contact your doctor.

You could have a vitamin deficiency. Or maybe you aren't drinking enough water.
