Question: Why do you want to have bigger breasts? Vanity or trying to attract men are not good reasons. In fact, there really isn't any good reason to have breast augmentation surgery. It's expensive, it's risky, and it can cause problems for you down the road. Talk to some of your more "well-endowed" friends and you may be surprised to find that they HATE being that big. Besides the obvious issues with discomfort and clothing that doesn't fit, you'll quickly get tired of men who can't ever look you in the eyes because they're having a conversation with your chest. Spend the money you'd spend on surgery on something else for yourself like jewelry or a new wardrobe instead.

No, you bloody well shouldn't! But you're going to go ahead and do it anyway aren't you?

Before you do though i have a few opinions of mine for you to read that you could contemplate first - Firstly, lets not beat about the bush here, you want a boob job to get more confidence, and you want more confidence so that you can attract more attention from people, particulary men, yes? Despite popular belief though, men DO have a brain tucked in there somewhere and they do look out for more in a woman other than an DDcup. Sticking two pieces of silicon in your mammory glands will keep him amused for a while but i'm afraid you're going to need more substance than that to keep him entertained for any longer!

Lastly, a boob job won't give you bigger boobs. They may look bigger but they'll still always be small boobs in your mind, just pretending to be big boobs

I think you should if you're knowledgable enough about breast augmentation to make an informed decision. It is a risk, you can have complications, such as rippling (with saline), capsular contracture (scar tissue forms around the implant thus making a very frim, unrealistic feeling of the breast). Take into mind if you're going to have more children also. I chose to have have breast augmentation because I wanted to feel better about myself, and to shop for a wider variety of shirts. I hated turning down cute tops just because my chest couldn't fill it out. Believe me when I say, I could care less about attracting men to me. It was done entirely for MYSELF. However, don't look at it in a way that you see this making you happier. I had high hopes for being more confidence about being a woman, to be more social, and just cause I thought it'd make me happier. It didn't. Nothing changed in that area. If you are considering it seriously, go to a few plastic surgeons for consults. There is a lot to consider about this procedure. Such as high profile or moderate implants, saline or silicone, shaped or not, incision site (aerola, under arm, crease, or belly button), and your financial situation (loan, cash, payments?) Check out this website for more information. Create a user ID and password, click forum at the top then scroll until you see the breast augmentation discussion forum. Only women may use the forum. Many have gone through the procedure, or are planning to. They can probablly help you locate a certified doc., and tell you more about what to expect. You can talk to them about their complications, effects of childbirth, etc. Good luck!

Very hard to tell with so little information about you!

It can give you massive amount of confidence and can turn around people lives. The chances of them going wrong these days are quite low if you go to a really trusted doctor.

If you are serious you can ask Dr Patrick Bowler from '10 years younger' and maybe send him so measurements/ photos, he would be able to give you a more informed answer, here:

He would be able to give you a lot better advice.

You could also find a accerdited cosmetic doctor from the BACD website:

The thought of having surgery and putting implants in my body freaks me out.

If you want bigger boobs without surgery you should really check this site out: http://www.informationsourcebook.com/breastenlargement

She shows you how you can increase the size of your boobs without having to get surgery or pay a lot of money for pills.

I don't think that idea getting bigger boobs. What is wrong with your boobs? I would leave your boob alone. If I were you.

No. I prefer a natural woman, not someone with a dirty great pair of boulders under her top. They look out of place. I personally ain't been with a woman who had them done but one of my mates has. He said they just didn't feel right. Like a pair of bowling balls. Not good!!
