why does various the simpsons have not have been given any "general" hair (different then Marge)? Beacuse they are cartoons..... yet heavily, Goofy grew to become into desighn to be "lively" as a human , jointly as Pluto grew to become into the desighn to be "lively" as a puppy dogs of yet another charecter.
