The answer to that question could go both ways...
Positive: The employer wont have to worry about you not being at your desk for bathroom breaks.... Because you can drop a "deuce" right there where you are working.
Negative: You will need to be changed sometime, and those little fold-down changing tables in most bathrooms will not be big enough to support an adult, so you will need to be changed on a blanket on the office floor. Not to mention, I would think the air in the office would be a bit "Stanky" from time to time.
