I met Lucille Ball when I was a little kid. She was at the racetrack in San Diego and I was there with my dad. I went up to her and told her how I loved to watch "I Love Lucy" and she was very nice and gracious and signed an autograph for me.

I Was an extra in two movies filmed in the Pittsburg PA area.
On the set for the movie "Striking Distance" I got to meet Bruce Willis, Dennis Farina, Sara Jessica Parker, and a few minor celebs.
On the set of "Sudden Death" I got to meet Jean Claude VanDamm (He was a real jerk!)
I have also interviewed a lit of big name comedians back when I was doing a morning show on the radio.

Have I met celebs? Having spent half my life in the Washington, D.C. area, I went to school with one (Tori Amos), appeared on another's tv show before he became a sell-out (Maury Povich), attended the same 12-step meetings with several (anonymities honored, so don't even ask), did stage and/or studio work (several)... and other things on which certain statutes of limitation may not have yet expired.

A few - they're just normal people with unique jobs. The musicians on tour will tell you that the travel gets old really quick, especially if they're older, establish musicians.
And it doesn't matter how famous you are, you still worry about how your kids do in school, that lump that your mom (or sister) found, and whether the weather will do damage to your house.

Yes.
I met Vincent Price once when he was doing a one man show at Troy State University a few hundred years ago. He sat in the student center for a couple of hours talking to students and keeping us all enthralled with his stories about stage and screen.
I also got to meet Will Geer, also at Troy State University. He was there to do a show and he visited our AFROTC Class. He talked to us about patriotism and the importance of learning to be good leaders. He shook hands with everyone in the class, and posed with us for a group photo.
I got drunk with Hank Williams, Jr., one night, but truth is, he was paying more attention to Jim Beam and a couple of pretty co-eds than to me.
I've also met a few other Country Music Stars here in Moorhead, MS when they came to perform at the Johnny Russell Benefit show, but it was no more than a handshake and "Thank you for coming, I enjoyed the show."

I've met a few...kevin Tighe from Emergency, Jeff Conaway from Taxi, and I'm ashamed to say Michael Jackson back in 1980. I have a pic with him and his autograph. I tried to sell it on Ebay but no takers.

Yes. I've met a few cause of one of my jobs ( I was a waitress in a club for a while) but Robbie Williams was the most fun. And the rumors are true: he really does drop his pants if you ask him too…
