I read a books all the time but it takes me about 4 weeks to read one since I have had my first child. I used to read a book in 3-4 days so I have read nowhere near as many as I used to. I am currently reading Harry Potter, I have about 5 pages left, my daughter just woke up and as yet I havent gotten back to it. Although the last chapter seems a bit naff its about the 19 years following the book so I am not in a hurry to read it. Don't know what to read next, I like most things except horror & gruesome stories, so will be interesting to see what everyone else is reading.

Is Harry On The Boat? by Colin Butts
Its quite funny and about ibiza reps. Would reccomend
and
The Potters House by Rosie Thomas
My favorite book that Ive read about 20 times. Its got alot of twists. Wonderfully descriptive and passionate. Its based on a woman who's husband leaves her for another woman and she goes to Turkey where an earthquake warrents her escape to a small Greek island where she can start a new life with a family but her presence changes everything. Sounds boring but it is fantastic I promise!

After years of slacking, I'm trying to read constantly, meaning I either reading a book, just finished one and about to start another.

I find chick lit is so easy to read, because I'm out of practise/interest, but I'm also reading Caribbean authors and the classics.

Right now I'm reading Henry James Portrait of a Lady

So some weeks it is every moment untill I've finished the book, or at least two chapters a week.

ITS AN OBSESSION!!!!
I just can't stop. I read 2-4 at a time unless I get one that is so good I can't put it down and then it turns into a read-a-thon until I have finished it. At the moment I am reading: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J:K: Rowling for the third time around, The Complete Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, and The Fourth Bear byJasper Fforde.
Recently I finished the His Dark Materials series. They were quite remarkable.

I can't live without reading a book during that time, I have to have a book/books on the go, even if they've been re-read 100 times!!!

I'm reading To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee at the moment, great book-give it a go!

All the time. I used to get into tons of trouble at school because I would stay up too late and read. I never used to socialise and just read.
I'm reading a book of English ghost stories and after that I want to have another go at The Silmarillion by J.R.R Tolkein. It is the hardest book I have never read, I have tried to finish it twice, never did. Third time lucky huh?

I read constantly. I'm just finishing Gone by Jonathan Kellerman. It's the longest I've taken to read a book - about two weeks. I only read in bed and the last couple of weeks I've been so knackered I've only managed a few pages each night! I usually mange to read a book in about four-five nights, depending on how gripping it is. Think I must be spending too much time on here at night and it's tiring me out!!

I read books addictively. My last library trip, I renewed & the librarian gaped @ the screen & gasped how many books I was renewing. I said, "Some people smoke, some people drink... I read." I'm currently reading "Touba & the Meaning of Night" which is about a woman in Iran and how she & other women face their roles & how they & their country are challenged and changed by the turbulence of the 20th century. The other is "Monster" by... cannot for the LIFE of me remember the author. Pretty well known mystery/suspence writer. It's interesting.
