Usually the pain that comes from lagre breasts is felt more in your back and shoulders than in the breasts themselves. That is because you rely on these other parts of the body to support the weight. Pain in the breasts is usually a result of wearing bras that are not supportive enough. (Translation = too much jiggling!) Whenever you exercise, make sure you are wearing a good sports bra. I know when bra shopping it is tempting to go for the cute, little bras... but those won't do you any good. You need wider straps and full coverage. If this problem continues, you may want to see a doctor about a breast reduction - but that is a risky and expensive option.

1. Go to a oprah party and get fitted properly for a bra that does the work so you don't have to.
2. If you can't deal with the pain, you look into breast reduction surgery.

Personally, I think the better bra will help a lot.
