In all honesty, I care more about how healthy the hair looks more than anything. As long as it's not shaved bald, or a short, clipped boy haircut, I care more about how shiny and well taken care of the hair is.
Also, it's important how the hair frames the face. Thats whats important .. to me at least...

That's pretty much open, if a woman takes time with her
hair and tries to keep it stylish, she usually does a pretty
good job at having it look best on her.
