I think its a turbo system
2 tubes makes the exhausts gas goes back too the cylinder and piston
Making it run like a 2 stroke engine but with less petrol use.

If it`s not a turbo what is it ?
It´s compress the air from the combustion
And reuse it for a second time

the scooter only use 1 gallon of petrol in 130 milles
and topspeed is 55 milles an hour
good for a 50cc scooter

What you are describing is mechanically impossible. You cannot 'reuse' the exhaust gas on any engine by sending it back into the combustion chamber.

What the picture shows is NOT a turbo-charger.

Any 50cc should be good for 120mpg+. So nothing unusual there.

Any de-restricted 50cc should be good for 50-65mph. So nothing unusual there.

lol its a chav machine.

its just like a bolt on exhaust that you see little nova's and fiesta have that are drvien around by 17 year olds to make the car sound like a beast.
