or just ignore them. Remember the woman who sits in her car on my street, either in front of my neighbors house or mine, wherever the shade is. She reads, sleeps, knits, eats..she has been doing this for over a year & she only leaves to go to the bathroom at the park or get food. Some of us have spoken to her, we know her name & she says she's not homeless but her car is FULL of junk. She's about 60ish. Now her son is coming. He pulls up behind her, sits there or goes & talks w/her. This occurs just about everyday. Then eventually about 6-7 pm, they leave, usually together. I know he's her son because he walked up to my yard to ask me a question & I asked if she was his mother & why she sits there everyday. He said she likes the neighborhood & walked back to his car. Should I report them? ignore them? I feel like she watches my every move. what's up with this??? ty for practical answers. ♥

hey lobo - not quite sure what u mean...if i thought for one min. she needed help, I'd help her, but she has a nice car, so does her son. The part that bothers me most is her watching me as I come & go, ect. I was pretty much used to her being there but w/the son showing up...it bothers me. They are not homeless or needy.

thanks for all answers ~ I have decided (mainly cuz a bro-in-Christ reminded me who I am) not to do anything, except pray for them & see if anything comes of it. I think they are harmless & who am I to tell them how to spend their days? ouch. God bless 'us' all......♥forever♥

Forever,
Maybe this is a stupid response because you have already done this but. After making sure she is not hungary or thirsty or needs anything else I would tell her a story about our Savior or ask her if she has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I would wait on her hand and foot every day and make sure she is OK. If it makes you feel better, report this to the Dept. of Human services. Make sure they make a note of it and or they will tell you who to contact. Make sure they make a note of your call and let others know what you are doing when you call (family, friends, neighbors etc.). In the meantime I would act like a servant of The King and take care of her with love and mercy. Pray for her and most of all be friendly even though it might irritate you. I can think of several, several occasions where The Lord refers to people like this in His parables. Ultimately, it is not the publics or cities or states street or whoever's. It is The Lord's. Take care

1st, they are doing nothing illegal. (Unless they park in a no parking area) Obviously they are no threat since she/they've been doing for so long and nothing has happened.

Maybe there car is the only place they to live (in spite of what she says) and they go to a shelter at night to sleep.

Have some compassion. Ignore them or better yet why not offer them something to drink once in awhile? Or maybe even ask them if they'd like a sandwich or something.

It could be to that they are just a little weird but harmless.

I've simplest ever stated one man (two times) You all recognize him, he regularly posts "That wasn't a query, and is in violation of the Y&A blah blah, so i am reporting you" I file that an rant and threats.

If this was happening in front of my house I'd call the cops and let them deal with her.

Just ignore them. Doesn't sound like they are doing anything really bad.
