ABSOLUTELY!!! You might feel like a big, bloated piece of crap but once you start the exercising, you will be amazed at the reduction of cramping!!! Ditto to all the other comments posted.

By all means! Working out helps relieve stress... something I get a lot of on my period!

You may not feel like it, but you should, its great to get rid of cramps, and its also great just to keep your health up.

Its perfectly fine, you can do ANYTHING on your period.
