he is really small and he is my friend but today he got mad at me because i wouldnt be quiet im about 5'3'' and hes about 4'8'' so i could beat the crap out of him so he starts doin lame stuff like gently kicking hitting on the top of the head and pinching my ear i might just give him a black eye just to back him off but he might not be my friend

More info: hes got another long time friend who is supposed to beat the crap out of anyone who beats him up the friend is 6'0'' another thing were in middle school and i didnt say i would beat him up because i was taller hes bein stupid and he lives in this fantasy were he is tuff i dont want to hurt him just back him off and he is real feeble and small so i can only punch him like once without hurting him

Tell him straight out that it really annoys you him acting that way. If he is really a friend he will stop. He could be also doing it for attention. If he doesn't stop and continues to do those immature actions, then best not have him as a friend. Why would you want a friend that would want to embarrass you.

seriously just dont go after him. Ur friendships are already i jeopardy. Just spend a lot of time with the friend that wuz dumped cuz if u dont then shes gunna feel like her bf, her other friend and u have abandoned her. Once she feels better talk to both the guyfriend and the galfriend that might date. Tell them how u feel and then let them decide what to do.

He's trying to exert dominance over you. Have you ever heard the term "pecking order". It's a social pyramid birds maintain in where the more dominant male birds peck the less dominant birds. And it happens in human culture also, as in your situation. So, smack him upside the head. If he's like "why did you do that" say "BECAUSE YOU'VE BEEN PINCHING ME WHY DO YOU THINK!?"
