Earth formed along with the rest of the Solar System about 4.6 billion years ago out of a gas nebula which condensed due to gravity and perhaps with help from an outside influence such as a nearby supernova.
Like all planets, Earth went through a process of growing from a small body to a larger one by accreting gas and dust and then larger and larger rocks. This process took a few million years.
After the Sun had accumulated enough mass, it ignited in nuclear fusion. The result was to blow volatile gasses to the outer Solar System, leaving the inner planets as rocky (terrestrial). The Giant Impact which formed the Moon happened 4.5 billion years ago. The object which struck Earth was about the size of Mars. It may be safe to assume that this was an object competing against Earth in relatively the same orbital path. Early Earth history was filled with chaotic impacts of asteroids and comets. Volcanic activity finally slowed for the Earth to cool enough for water to become liquid around 4 billion years ago.
None of this denotes Earth as a planet per say. There are three conditions it must meet. A planet is a celestial body that: 1) is in orbit around the Sun, 2) has sufficient mass for its self-gravity to overcome rigid body forces so that it assumes a hydrostatic equilibrium (nearly round) shape, and 3) has cleared the neighbourhood around its orbit.
One could conclude that the reason Earth was cooling was that it had reasonably cleared it's orbit of neighboring debris and was no longer experiencing massive collisions.
On that basis, Earth became a planet about 4 billion years ago.

Actually it was made in the summer of 1957, just in time for Sputnik to be the first satellite to go around it. It was made by the same set designers who made the sets for the NASA Moon landing videos. Before that the Earth was flat.

It is about 4.5 billion years ago so the year would be:
4,499,997,993 BC give or take a million or so years.

The bible says that In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Some scientists think they know but now most agree that their had to be a designer, so there is no way come up with a specific date, who ever will tell you one is guessing, I believe in the Bible as Gods word, This country was built on its beliefs and values, obviously we have gotten a way from that. I am a born again Christian, I know Jesus died for me on a cross because the Bible says so. I also feel the Holy Spirit in my Heart, when you get saved Jesus sends you his Holy Spirit to live in your heart and guide you thru out life, Thats why I have peace in my life, I smile alot, I very seldom get angry and there isno way I could hurt anybody or hate anybody, When Jesus is in your heart you have compassion for your fellow man, If you would like to be saved I can show you how, Just say this simple prayer believing in Jesus, Dear Jesus, I know and confess that I am sinner in need of salvation. I believe you died on a cross at calvery and arose from the grave to wash away my sins, I ask you right now to come into my heart and save me, I pray this Prayer believing in the name of Jesus Amen. If you prayed this prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God, rejoice that your name is written in the Lambs book of Life. If you have any questions just send me an email, God Bless YOU!!
