if u set ur profile 2 public and u want to block someone can they still see ur profile coz its set to public??

No, they will get an image saying your profile is set to private, even though it isn't. When they try to message you, they will also be told that they must be your friend in order to send you a msg., even if you don't enable that security feature.

No, and you will not be able to see there profile also
