all over...i go for an 8 mile bike ride every day no matter what the weather, i have recently lost 2 stone and i feel great now that i have hit my target weight (again)....changed my eating habits for something much healthier...i have taken up tennis and badminton along with chasing my 3 yr old grandson all over the place....not looking bad for a 44 year old gran of 2....

I would have to say my legs, because I went swimming a lot this summer and you have to walk/run in life.. (I've also jump-roped a lot of times this year.)
