Well, I find it somewhat unconscionable and upsetting that we still even have to talk about this (you would think humanity would have found a way to move on from the possibility of nuclear war) but, here's goes:

I think I would try to make the best of it either way. If I was in an area that was vaporized, along with me, I would probably initiatially be angry to find myself dead. So there I'd be, hopefully in heaven, looking down, with millions of others, on the earth from a mushroom cloud, hoping and praying that their was still an earth and things would get better soon, so we could all come back down.

On the other hand, if I survived a first strike and nuclear winter, I too, consider myself a survivor and would want to try and survive. However, I would not be too happy to have to transform into a mole person to survive, but I would have to try and make the best of it.

Either way, I would much rather not have to choose from either of those scenarios. I would rather have everyone figure out a way to avoid ever using nuclear weapons ever again. Right? You would think that with all this ability to harness all this incredible technology, we would have also have figured out a way to start colonizing space by now, so that groups of people that do not get along don't ever have to come in contact with one another to ever have a war in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!! There, after all that, I feel better now.

Also, don't forget, Russia just detonated a conventional bomb that is four times as powerful as any conventional bomb the US has, and it is virtually the same as a nuclear weapon without the nuclear winter and radiation. So, things could change radically because of that.

In any case, I know my heart will go on, thanks to Celine Dion.

Thankyou, :)

I moved into a primary target zone, by intent, so as to not live through a nuclear exchange.

Should there be such a war and I should survive the first wave, then the natural instinct to survive will most likely be dominant.

I would enjoy life. I would like to live off the land, adapt, and survive. No more work or bills. My student loans would be gone. All I would have to do is catch a fish or shoot some game each day to keep my belly full.

in the beginning, no civilized usa will use a nuke until they're nuked first. It won't take place. Russia and China might desire to be run by ability of dictators, yet they are not lunatics. they do no longer want a nuclear conflict. Israel won't want any help, they might look after Iran on their very own. yet while it grow to be mandatory to save Israel, they might and could use the bomb. yet in actuality, it won't take place. The U.S. will help Israel despite if it particularly is purely to sidestep them from nuking Iran. while Israel and/or the U.S. attack Iran, it heavily isn't comparable to Iraq or Afghanistan. we heavily isn't sending in troops and killing people left and proper. we are purely going to be concentrated on their nuclear centers, and maybe another important centers, and with any luck we are going to additionally kill those in ability. i think of it particularly is extra effective if we are those to attack Iran, by way of fact then each and all the Arabs can not blame this on Israel. Any nuclear disaster would be a grimy bomb utilized by ability of terrorists, or a variety of Arab international places in the event that they get the bomb. the completed factor of attacking Iran is to sidestep nuclear conflict or using the variety of weapon.

I have a survival instinct, so I would do my best to get through it alive. Then later, when life sucked, I would probably curse myself and wonder why the hell I had bothered.
