In the Simpsons Movie, Grandpa Simpson has a prophetic vision during which he calls out "Twisted tail, a thousand eyes, trapped forever!" Now I understand the "Twisted tail" and the "Trapped forever," but what was he talking about with the "thousand eyes"? That freaky squirrel?

It was the weird mutant thing that popped up outta the lake (yes, I believe it *was* a squirrel) that had all those eyes on its head.

The squirrel thing was the "thousand eyes" that he was referring to. As was the eee-pah sound he made referring to the Environmental Protection Agency -- EPA. I thought a few multi eyed fish appeared shortly after the squirrel emerged as well...I could be wrong.

Or it could be the thousand eyes of the people of the city trapped in the dome............? Just a thought. But the mutant is good too.
