yes. Especailly if you work for a small company that only leases a small amount of bandwith per month. Also, if it's a charge based on download you're costing the company money. You don't slow down the actual server, (except maybe firewall machines) but you do slow down the connections to them internally and externally.

Yes, it sure is. Many companies do not allow steaming music because of this. I'd check your policy before you get written up.

it is very true, doing anything on the net uses up bandwidth, and you only have so much of this bandwidth to play with.
