That's a common feeling if you are chronically ill. I have so many syndromes and other illnesses, and most have no treatment. So, yes, it gets very rough.
What you wrote reminds me of "The Two Mrs. Carrolls", in which Humphrey Bogart is trying to kill off wife Barbara Stanwyck. At one point, she says, "Oh, darling, I'm so sick of being sick!" I remember that line a lot.
It's easy to cave in, and I have my moments when it's hard to fight it. Try staying interested in things. Think of this: The Internet is a great outlet for you and can help take your mind off things sometimes.
I finally had to take disability, long before I thought I'd have to stop working. I watch movies and TV series, read, navigate the Net looking for interests, make friends at story forums, where I can push my writing skills, and, as of a few days ago, spend time with Yahoo!Answers. Some days, you won't feel like doing as much as other days.
Believe me: I understand. I have Chronic Fatigue/fibromyalgia and much more. I am sick and tired 24/7. I was born with complications and spent my life being ill, having surgeries and wishing I could be healthy. But, we probably tolerate a lot more than some healthy people could if they got sick. That means we have a sort of strength that others might not have.
I know that's not much consolation, but at least you know that you're not alone. I also hope this doesn't discourage you.
I can tell you that my younger sister, like me, was sick an awful lot. Then, in her late teens, she seemed to rally and, since then, hasn't had any major problems with her health. She works at a really tough job, and she's tired from work, not because of an illness.

You've got to go after one at a time.
I decided to be tired but not sick. When I am just tired, I will work on increasing my energy by resting more and exercising.

Yes! And I am doing something about it...I started a physical fitness program last week, to shape up, to lose weight, and to stop sleeping so much, and get to give me more energy!

Do you eat right? Do you try to take care of your one and only body? It does need things for it to function properly. Try harder to take care of it. Life it too short to go through it feeling badly. If it's out of your control, sorry for your situation! Hope things improve for you!
