Make a tiny hole in one end of a raw egg, and a slightly bigger hole in the other end.
Stir the insides with a needle or thin knitting needle.
Now you should be able to blow the egg empty.
After you have emptied it you wash it with water.
Put it in clean water till no air comes out anymore and blow that out, repeat is several times with clean water.
After the egg has had time to dry you can use it to paint, cut, or do one of the many other crafts.
If you do not want to keep your eggs forever, you can hard boil the eggs 15 minutes or longer, decorate them and eat them within a short time, many Easter eggs are done this way.
If you do not want to eat it afterward you can keep the boiled egg for a couple of weeks, till it starts to smell!

Blowing eggs involves the eggs being raw (otherwise the insides won't come out). Use a nail, place it on one end of the egg, then gently tap against the nail with something (not a hammer) until there's a small hole in it. Repeat on the other side. Sometimes it helps to use the nail to break up the yolk on the inside. Then just blow into one hole (over a bowl of course) and the yolk should come out the other hole.
If you're supposed to decorate the egg, I'd recommend doing it first. You can use easter dyes, paint, or just food coloring and vinegar. Some fun ones I've done include dying the egg a light color, then take dots made of contact paper, place them over the eggs, then redye in a different color. When you pull the dots off, the first color will show. You can also do wax resists. Good luck.

I don't know exactly what your question had been.
I know that when I prepare my own eggs for egg craft and set aside the "blown" portion and either prepare scrambled eggs or egg drop soup for my own next meal, not for anyone else's. It has my germs which should be OK if consumed promptly.
There's a Ukanian egg craft where the eggs are *not* blown, but allowed to dry out. An accidently dropped heirloom can be stenchful.

No do not boil the egg. when you blow the egg it should be uncooked. Just give it a good rinse, then blow the egg, then rinse the insides.
