The question seem too simplistic to be accurate. You can write a story on any number of paper products or a computer. Are you asking where you can publish a story or sell a story?

You apparently have access to a computer. And prolly a Yahoo mailbox. Go to the Notepad tab in that mailbox. Have a Good time! It's password protected and you can drag-n-drop any parts you may desire to include in emails, etc.
Or, you can just do as one fellow did, he wrote an eighty-four page manuscript on the text messaging device contained in his cell phone!
I reccomend just putting pen to paper in whatever mode you're most comfortable with.

Yes. I know a lot of places where you can write stories: on the toilet, under the bed, on an overpass, in a locker, by a pond, in front of the tv, at the DMV, at the park, at a bar, under a rock, over the rainbow, at a small cafe in Italy that serves delicious tiramisu, on the bus, under the sea, over the hill, down in the holler, up on ol' Rocky Top, in a box with a fox in sox...

Ummm.....

Sitting in front of your computer, typing it.
At the library or school on one of their computers.
On paper with a pen just about anywhere. I'm fond of sitting under a tree with a blank book, myself.

I don't suggest underwater, unless you're in a submarine or something.

Could you maybe be more specific about what you're asking?

Possibly in your brain or on a paper napkin, JK Rowling did her Harry Potter Books that way, hope this helps.
