My new SD Card woked fine at first, then when I downloaded a and deleted a wallpaper, my SD card's capacity shrunk, anyway I could restore the capacity. One more note: I am sure there are no hidden files on it.

You should check your SD card capacity and how much was left to write. It should be a routine to reformat the card or to run "defrag" if you don't want to delete some important files. When you deleted some of your pictures, it left a lot of spaces in-between not being used. SD card is getting pretty inexpensive nowaday. Have few spares for about $10 each. Your camera set the SD card and format it to the camera manufacture standard. There is an index table for the camera to lock out or reserve space to catalog your pictures. Good luck!

There could be several reasons why tat is happening:

1. Defective card
2. Left over files
3. Something was not deleted properly and still takes up space.

If you have copied all the files you need then simply reformat the card and it should return to the original capacity.

SCAN it for viruses, could be the "wallpaper" was not all it appearsed to be.,

If anything is there, SCAN entire PC, and reformat the SD card

There are hidden files on it. I don't care what you say ;)

First try the obvious: Empty your trash.

If that does not work, format it. That will remove any chance of hidden files being on it.
