Take a class or two, at the community college, which truly interest you. There you should find people with interests similar to yours.

You could also take a yoga course regarding the health of your body and mind.

A great thing to do would be to volunteer for a cause that is dear to you--there, people would definitely share your interest in the cause.

Why not make barbecue plans with the friends from whom you have strayed--might be fun.

Financially--a second job--but then you'd have less time to socialize (decide whether the money or the companionship is more important right now).

Good luck, you'll find a way...

Find a good church. Get into a mens biblestudy group. I'm in a business that interacts with people from every occupation you can think of. Teacher to brain surgeon. I even shook hands with a multimillionare the other day. He was the nicest down to earth guy. If you want to more contact me here on yahoo.

Going back to a previous question you posted-why not expand on your ebay plans and take your wares to a group flea-market, church lawn fate, or carnival type atmosphere and set up shop. It's a great way to meet people who share your interests, it will fill your weekends, and you could make a few dollars while your at it.

What are your hobbies? Ever wanted to try something new, like dancing? Maybe you could meet people that way. Or maybe church (if you're into that).
