No, it's not good. That often, every day, means you're not getting the fresh air and exercise or social interaction with others that you need to grow up healthy. Also, depending on your age, that much masturbation can be a sign of depression, which a doctor should be treating. It probably would help if you had someone to do it with, since you'd get much more out of it (sex is meant to be shared) and probably wouldn't need to do it as often. There is much, much more to sex than just orgasms. Also, only pleasing yourself that much and that intensely can make it harder later on to enjoy letting someone else please you.

Down boy...how do you get anything accomplished with that kind of schedule? Get a girl friend to take at least half the load (pun intended) of your hands. I've known guys I have worked with who spent a lot of time in the bathroom. I always thought it was too much dairy...maybe I was wrong!
