I like Thomas Jones normally, and I don't really have any interest in playing Dunn, but the Jets are playing Baltimore and Pennington might not play, putting the Jets offense in even bigger trouble. But maybe if the backup QB plays for the Jets they'll be more likely to run than throw?

My RB #1 is Frank Gore.

Tough call. Normally, both Baltimore and Jacksonville thrive against the run (although the Titans managed to pile up 282 rushing yards against the Jags last week.)
And neither Dunn nor Thomas are assured of freedom from a RB-by-committee situation.

Last week, Dunn got 26 touches & T. Jones got 15. Their respective backups got 7 each. On that alone, you are more likely to get more rushing attempts from Dunn. It also doesn't hurt that the Falcons would probably start a banged-up Pennington over Harrington if they had the choice, so their fear of their own QB will lead to more rushing opportunities.

If there's nothing more tempting on the waiver wire, start Dunn.

Dunn. The odds are he will run 40+ yards and 30+ receiving and a td. So 10 or more easy points.
Jones will get more like 60-74 yards rush, 15 receiving, but not so sure about a td.
Tough call, but go with Dunn on this one.
