ive never heard anyone mention cheese souffle in the wonderful world of wrestling, and these guys have come up with some wacky terminology. i did find this though. is this what you're talking about?

"Cheese Souffle" is a specific codeword for uploaders on Youtube.com to use when posting content on the website that is protected by copyright laws and therefore eligible for deletion to safeguard the copyright maintainers. The term has been used primarily on the site thus far by the Internet Wrestling Community to prevent WWE sting operations.

Souffle is made with eggs and whipped so it bake up fluffy in the oven. You add cheese to it and bake and it a cheese souffle.
This just one recipe, many are out there. You can use Cheddar or Mozzarella whatever.
