Ms Crone. MIght I recomend that you purchase a very ugly statue? Place it outside of your door and when you enter your home, lay your projection hand onto it and direct ALL your negative feelings, experiences and hatrreds onto it every time you enter your home? It's called an Oolie Statue. It serves as a repository for all the BAD feelings that you no longer wish to carry around with you. That energy CAN serve a useful purpose and when you need to cast a spell that requires a lot of anger and bad feelings, you just place a pot of biling hot water in the circle with you and at the appropriate time to raise the needed energy, you drop the statue into the hot water. This releases ALL of ath energy into the Cone of power along with your raised power, and it magnifies it enormously. I have found MY Oolie to be a very useful way to store up a whole lot of negative energy, without having to bear the load of that negative energy within myself.

Humour is my tonic and my natural defence when I feel threatened. I also make time to spend a moment alone each week (difficult task in my household!). That's my reflection time. I think it has great healing potential.
Don't be so hard on the christians. There is wisdom to be found in the bible, as with many other books. There's a lot of dross in there too but hey- that's humanity for you!

They say 'laughter is the best medicine' but I believe it only alleviates sadness and hurt for a short time, the underlying problem/s will remain. Reflection is likely to be more helpful but don't get too introspective, just ask: 'what caused me the hurt?'
'Why did it affect in me in that way?'
'What can I do that is constructive and positive?'
Time to affirm yourself - 'you are great!'
(seriously)
Perhaps you need to forgive someone? Even though they don't deserve your forgiveness, perhaps you need to cry - healing tears.
