your sixe is great I work at a lingerie manufacturer and all the samples are made 34B to fit the models and no they´re not skinny at all.
If I had your size I wouldn´t do it at all!
Good luck! ;D

A breast that is B cup is a nice size. Yeah some guys like them larger, but most prefer a natural breast. I'm a discovery health channel addict and have watched many shows on plastic surgery, the documentary type. The implants would most likely need to be replaced again after 10-15 years, they tend to droop after so long. It can thin out the tissue in the breast, and sometimes the scar tissue can actually mask small lumps on a mammogram. Stay natural, it's always best. And, I have a D cup that I wish was smaller. It can literally be a pain in the neck and shoulders.

If that's you in the pic. Don't do it. I have implants and don't regret them....but I had them done after my children. My boobs had flattened through breat feeding....and I was a very small B cup before....I thought that I'd finally be able to buy swimsuits and have the whole thing fit. Before the bottoms would fit..and the tips were empty. Now the bottoms fit....and the tops..............eeek...squeezy squeezy....still look too small. You end up with a lot of girls making assumptions about you.....and realistically the saline implants will need to be replaced down the line. Silicone is the best in implants but you are required to get saline first. Most girls see silicone boobs which look phenomenal and think they get implants and look like that. Saline looks and hangs differently and is by far inferior to the natural breast AND silicone. Tread carefully.....because you can't go backwards.

Ok... so I'm a guy, but this is a subject I can never leave alone...
ALL implants are dangerous... newer techniques and materials do not have a long-enough track record to prove their safety, and older methods (anything 5 years or more on the market) have proven negative side effects. It just isn't worth it.
In my personal opinion, 34B is absolutely perfect. My first girlfriend was a 34B, and had the sexiest look I have ever seen. They were awesome to behold (and hold!!!)...
Keep what ya got, love!!!!!
Best,

Stick with what you've got. Use the $5,000 on starting to save for a down payment on a house or a college education.

I would stick with them. You should be glad what you have now. I'm happy with my 36C now. I was 34B few years ago.

This is your body, your self-image, your money........do what you feel is best for you. Don't feel like you need to do it for society or anyone other than yourself.
I personnally do have them, and I love them. I always was "fuller" up top until I finished nursing my children. I was left w nothing...NOTHING. I got them for me to feel better about myself. I hated cringing at myself in the shower -
or when I was initimate with my husband.
I made the decision, with his understanding, and I paid for the surgery. I have had no regrets and gained much of my confidence back that I had lost.
Good luck!!

Stick with what you got, you don't want something fake in you, that's too weird IMO. I am a natural 42DD and although I love them, it's not all it's cracked up to be. Love who you are, and everything about you. Embrace your natural boobs! It's all beautiful, regardless.

34B is a fine size, as long as your butt isn't 48 or larger
