I think Brown has finally realised that Mrs Thatcher had the correct agenda. She saved the UK from union power and massive taxation acrewed for the work shy. Equality brings equal taxation and reintroduction of poll tax is unavoidable. Go for it Mr Brown, you know it makes sense.

That may be so, but look at the complete disaray he's caused in the Tory Party from that single image lolol

Give the guy a break, I think he's perfected his spin to benefit New Labour over the last 10 years lol

As Tony Bliar(sic) famously said QUOTE " "That's all we politicians are good for... photographs," the prime minister repeated a couple of times. "

I don't think Gordon Brown had any political motive for inviting Maggie Thatcher for tea, I think he was just being nice to an old lady who used to be Prime Minister.
I am neither a Labour nor Conservative fan or voter.

But hey! they share a common interest, both being fascist pigs who dictate so they can rob everyone for their cause (lining own pockets) despite popular believe, that they wish to do good in the world, like helping the starving millions whilst supporting free trade, and other completely ironic policies, HA!

This is called politics. He's trying to make himself a bit more attractive to people slightly inclined, but not committed, to voting Tory. Mrs T is apparently a bit gaga these days so their 'talks' probably didn't amount to much more than 'the nights are fair drawing in".

I am sure i will get a zillion thumbs down or even a violation notice, but she wasn't an old cow and the Poll Tax which was a disaster i agree, applied to everyone not just the Scots. As to Grumpy Brown, don't you think he is a turncoat and should be banished back to Scotland.

For me personally, it was the final nail in the coffin as to why I will never ever vote for the so-called 'labour' party again.

"Politics makes strange bedfellows"

As the quote says.

Look HOW BAD is it for Cameron that the PM says he admires one of the most well known Conservatives in history and then she is seen going into No 10 (wearing a Labour Red dress) for tea & cake ????
