Glue is probably your best bet. Iron on adhesives would probably work but the process of "ironing" would melt the stickers.
Here are a couple samples of Aleene's Craft glue that may be what you need to adhere the stickers to a t-shirt. They can be found at Craft Stores and/or fabric stores.

Well, they are likely to tear if she does a lot of jumping and bending , but since you are not worried about a long term situation, I don't see a reason why this wouldn't work.
Don't expect the glue on the back of the sticker to work though. You are likely going to need something a bit stronger. Make certain that if you use "superglue" that you give it plenty of time to dry, and that you don't let it lay in a way that causes the front to stick to the back when the glue seeps through the material and that it drys well - don't want that shirt permanently glued to the little one.

perhaps a glue like fabric glue (Alene's OK to Wash it, even though you wouldn't wash it). Or, anther option would be to decoupage the sticker onto a button and hot glue a pin-back onto it so you can take it off and use it again and again.

Why don't you copy the stickers on to the iron on paper, and iron them onto the shirt. If the stickers are ' glittery' this won't show up, but after they are ironed on you could add fine opalescence glitter to the design. Doing it this way, she can wear the shirt again.
