The planes looked different than passanger planes. I didn't see any windows and there was a wierd thing attached to the bottom of the planes, like a launch tube.
Just before they hit I saw a flash go off on the front of the plane like an explosion before it actually went into the building and blew up.
Later on after the planes hit, I heard explosions and as the buildings came down I heard boom - boom like detonators going off.
Then later I was standing over by building seven and I heard some reporter say on the news that building seven had collapsed - but it didn't, it was still standing. Then I heard some guy on a emergency radio say "pull it", why did he say that. Then the building came down. That was the wierdest thing that day! But no one wants to talk about it!
And why was the military flying a terrorist exercise where they pretend hijacker were flying planes into buildings, at the exact time terrorists were flying planes into our buildings?

I don't believe any of you Neocons when you say you were there, saw the planes and when say everything happened just the way the Government tells you it happened!
Simple - let a new investigation take place!
Then we can all move on!
You spend so much time debating against us, just join us in the call for a new investigation and this will all stop and go away!

Yes, it brings tears to my eyes every day and angers me so much as an American that I am not afraid to ask the tough questions about that day that do not make sense!
I owe it to the people who died for no reason! I owe it to my country to find out why it happened and why we are now in an illegal occupation and war because of it!
That is not what the victims would have wanted - they would have wanted real Patriots like myself to get real and honest answers - or demand them!

Boy - an insurace payout in case of a terror attack would give him about 7 Billion

Imagine that - he takes care of bringing the site up to date by rebuilding and getting all new tenants and makes a fortune. He really made out on 9/11 didn't he!

I see this question got some serious hounding by neo-con scum. Trying to discourage your questions w/ yellow journalism responses that were given by Popular Mechanics and the History Channel. I say, don't believe what you read, see and hear. I'd suggest getting your info by doing some serious research and getting your facts straight.
Many will say that the planes were full of jet fuel and that melted the steel. First off, in the NIST account of what happened, they said that the WTC towers were hollow tubes. WRONG. 47 massive steel columns that made up the backbone of the towers would not weaken or melt. Regardless of the amount, a hydrocarbon will only burn @ a certain temp. That being a maximum of 1800degF when being constantly fed (though from all the video of the impacts, most exploded on THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDINGS) with fuel. Then they said the jet fuel had enough energy from being driven forward at around 500mph towards the building and made a 1000ft journey downwards through airtight channels and caused the lobby to explode. MY A SS IT DID. Pools of molten metal were found where all 3 buildings fell. Only 2 were hit by planes. These temperature readings were taken by satellites weeks after. Also the deliberate lying of our govt. about the quality of the air @ ground zero which has caused numerous deaths and many others are suffering from respiratory conditions still today.
But I guess the sheeple will believe whatever the corporate controlled media will tell them. Others will ask questions, do research. Then they'll get upset, angry and demand change. It's the only thing we strive for. No, we don't have all the answers. That's why all we ask is for a truly independent investigation. 9/11 WAS AN INSIDE JOB!!!!!!

I think you are on to something here. I believe the towers were not brought down by airplanes alone. It has never happened before or since. Bush was warned by Clinton and then by briefings that an attack was coming, he did nothing. Well maybe he prepared by talking to his Bin Laden friends and they decided when and were the attack would take place. I know this sounds crazy but there are too many inconsistencies in Bush's story. Why were there no bodies found in the other 2 crashes? Why was there so much going on in the towers 2 moths before 9/11? Why were there so many put options made right before 9/11. Why did some people get really rich after 9/11? I just don't believe what our government has been telling us. Then Bush goes after Saddam Hussein a sworn enemy of Bin Laden, to weird.

I remember that day all too well. The first plane had already crashed & I was watching a live news broadcast when the second plane hit. It was moving way too fast to tell if there were windows or not. The one strange thing that stands out in my mind was flight 93 before it crashed. I distinctly recall the news caster reporting that the plane was off course and had been intercepted by military F-18s attempting to make radio contact. I remember thinking "Damn, they're gonna shoot down a comercial airliner". The next report claimed that flight 93 went down all on it's own. To this day, I've never heard anything else about U.S. fighter jets intercepting flight 93. Did they shoot it down? Did they just follow it & watch it crash? What's up wit' dat?

Umm, yeah. Right. I sense some make believe world that you are living in right now. If you did see the planes crash into the WTC, there would have been no way for you to comprehend all that stuff considering it happened unexpectedly and everyone was in shock from the frist one hitting. i wasn't there, but from the videos, it's not hard to make out the windowns on the second plane. It's also not hard to see that the explosion didn't happen until after the plane went into the WTC, resulting in an explosion coming out of the other side. There were no wierd things attached to the bottom of the planes. This would have been very obvious. another thing, when the Fire chief says pull it, this means he is telling his crew to evacuate because it is too dangerous to be in the building. Somehow, I feel you are making this stuff up as you go.

My family and I believe it was our government who planned the 9/11 attacks. From videos now you can see bombs going off in the Twin Towers during the attacks. How could a plane make a huge building made of solid steel fall to pieces? If you hit a table, for example, would it come crashing down? No. I think nobody wants to talk about it because they are blind to the truth, and they don't want to believe that our own government would do something like that. And Rudy Guliani said the planes crashed into the Twin Towers 30 minutes BEFORE it happened. So, how can you explain that without it being our government who did it? Hope I helped :)

funny thing about that description you are giving,
I have seen the video of all this and unless you just have some kind of x-ray eyes, it is not possible.
At 600 miles an hour, the flash/bang to impact of the aircraft that you describe is almost the exact moment for all of it.
I have seen the video I don't know how many times, and i'm still not sure what i'm seeing, and I prefer to get more information than a single source.
I'm more inclined to believe you were not there and that you wasted a lot of our time.
I do have 3 friends that were there, eyewitnes to the second plane, and the collapse of the towers,
They can not talk of it without getting tears in their eyes, what about you? do the images of people dying still haunt you as you feel helpless to do anything but pray they escape?

New York and Washington are no fly zones, why weren't military planes scrambled.....?
To think those planes traveled from Boston, several on-board calls made to relatives (you ever tried to make a call from your cell to land from a plane?) and still the government didn't think about doing anything?
