No, none at all.

No why would you? Organisms have enough problems without religion being introduced around them. A good biology education would be very useful. Strong observation skills, compassion and caring of organisms, these are good skills to have as a zoo keeper. Not religion.

Probably not. Zookeepers don't generally educate children or speak to guests at all, so what chance would you have to educate others? Besides, science is at direct odds with religion; to become a zookeeper, many of your ideas and values may be compromised. (stem cell research, cloning, evolution, extinction) What you really need to decide is what you believe in when it comes to religion and to science. Creationism or evolution? (or, like me, a mixture of both?) Once you decide that, maybe you'll better know if being a zookeeper is the right job for you.

No, your job as a zookeeper is to run a LITERAL zoo, not a metaphorical "zoo" like, oh say, the Religion & Spirituality section of Yahoo Answers where metaphorical monkeys throw metaphorical dung around.

If you got locked in the lions cage at feeding time you may use some of your religious training then! The word 'god' and a few prayers!
