How often should you change/wash your sheets?

like once a week or two. two is kinda pushin it.

Well we all sweat in our sleep and those human body oils and odor go into your sheets and blankets. Plus dust mites will have a field with fewer washing. If you have animals that sleep on or in your bed, you might want to do it more often. Once a week or if you've had sex I would that day or next day depending on timing. Personally, it should be what makes ur life pleasant.
My bed sheets (400 TC) are washed twice a week or more. Because of my hubby's job. Even though he showers before bed, there is a body print after a couple of days from his pores opening and the dust from his job. I noticed that when I wash weekly for my kids, they sleep more soundly. They like the feel of clean sheets and the fresh laundered smell.

I change the whole house sheets two times a week. that includes our bed, boys bed and my moms bed and then i wash sheets once a week as i only do laundry once a week unless some one is sick or we have company staying over...

I change mine once a week. It's always a good idea to keep at least 2-3 different sheet sets for your bed.:)

Wash weekly and rotate. When you wash your sheets weekly and rotate through two or three different sets, your linens will stay new-looking for a surprisingly long time.
and if you take showers before you go to bed then do it once a month.

I think it depends on several things.
1. Do you shower/bath right before getting into bed,or do you go to bed without showering.
2. How much activity is going on....no not just naughty things..but do you sit in bed with shoes on? Eat in bed? Pets in your bed?
I change my sheets as needed. It depends on if the family has piled on the bed with waffles, the dog has rolled in the bed after coming in from outside, etc.

I could go once a week or even like 10 days but my fiance likes them done like every 4-5 days or so...
