My daughter did this too. She is still stubborn. I think the baby can tell when you stop moving and stand still so someone else can feel the baby move. I would either continue talking or stop talking (whatever I was previously doing before the baby was kicking) and then just walk up to my husband/family member and place their hand where I felt the kicks, that seemed to help. If I changed my habits, it seemed the baby would too. Also, the kicks will get stronger in time and then everyone will feel it sooner or later. I also wondered if the heat from someones hand could be noticed or something like that by the baby.

Last night i was laying in bed the baby was moving alot and my belly would even jump a little and i told my husband o feel the baby as soon as he put his hand there the baby stopped. It happens all the time. Sorry i have no idea why! It gets frustrating huh?

My hubby purely finally have been given to experience this toddler circulate this weekend. i'm 35 weeks pregnant. Any time he'd even look at my tummy whilst i'd remark with reference to the strikes the toddler would supply up. For the longest time we pronounced that toddler advance into shy - the older youngsters have purely felt strikes a pair circumstances besides, any time every person different then myself felt or regarded at my tummy all strikes stopped. It did no longer count what I did, I stored attempting to do something obtainable to get the toddler to go at purely the best moments in spite of if it in no way worked. may be the "shyness" that made it so the doctor could no longer see for useful if we are having a toddler - purely a "probably female - stick to impartial hues however".

My baby is so active, he kicks for my bf all the time. Sometimes it's like he doesn't want him touching my belly. lol. The other night I was hugging my boyfriend and he could feel the baby kicking against his back. It gets him all excited about his baby boy. But when other people try he stops! I swear... it's wierd.

Haha, it always seems this way to me too. With both pregnancies it seems like whenever I tell my husband to feel my belly, the baby stops moving. Sometimes it will start right back up again as soon as his hand is gone too. It's like the baby is just trying to make Daddy mad, haha. Just be patient, one of these times he'll feel it.

With our son last year my hubby never felt him move at all. Nothing we did worked. With our son that was born in 2003 it was the same thing except when I was snuggling up to my hubby then he would start kicking Daddy in the butt. That was way too funny. My 14yr old was quiet in utero and still is quiet. My 9yr old was hyper in utero and still is hyper.

It all depends on the child. The difference between the boys is that our younger son is shy. Our older son is outgoing in some respects. My 14yr old was quiet in utero and still is quiet. My 9yr old was hyper in utero and still is hyper.

So another question is does how they act in utero is that when there personality truly starts to develop and how they will act once they are born.

Enjoy your pregnancy!

Because the baby can feel something has changed and is enjoying the new sensation and you stop what you were doing so it's more on the alert about what's going on...

Because babies are tricky little guys! :-)

This happens every time my friends try to feel the babies move in my belly - the little twins just lay low.
