As long as you believe in abstinence then you should go for it. If it is something you believe in then you should not worry about what others will think. Schools allow them, I have never heard of any banning such jewelry.

Purity rings are a promise to stay chaste; Christian or not, that's a promise that can't be taken lightly.
I doubt anyone could get offended--that's a promise you made to yourself and is your opinion. Unless you wear one and are promiscuous or wear one because it's trendy, no one should get offended. If they do, find different friends.
Public schools usually allow stuff like that. If you're in a private school, etc. see if jewelry violates dress code.
And no, most people's reaction's don't change. My friend wears one, and no one acts differently at all. Lots of people don't know that it is different than a normal ring, and if some guys happened to know, well, at least it stopped some of the creepier guys from trying to hit on her.

I have no idea what a purity ring is.
I have heard of commitment rings.
I don't thing anyone would get offended by you and your partner wearing rings, it's none of there business to be honest.
If your school allows jewelery then yes but if they don't then no.

purity rings aren't a just a Christian thing, many Christians do it because it lets people know that they are pure but non-Christians do it to, schools allow it and society excepts it, it's not just for Christians, so go ahead and get one

Purity is great thing. They are not a Christian symbol. I can't imagine anyone putting down the idea of claiming to treasure your virginity.

It should be okay for you to wear one . You could start a trend and possibly people would get to know about God and Christianity and live happier lives.
