select run
in the run box type msconfig and press enter

now after msconfig is opened in the last tab "startup items"

look for a link with address location same as the one indicated in error remove the tick in front of the location and select ok .

it will ask for a reboot.

after reboot the error will not appear.

The error is coming from a program called My Web Search. It's trying to load a toolbar but the file it's looking for isn't there any more. (not altogether a bad thing, since My Web Search is considered by many people to be spyware/adware)

This probably happened as a result of some anti-spyware or anti-virus program identifying MWS and deleting (or quarantining) its files.

You can try running MSCONFIG and setting the program to not load, or you can reinstall My Web Search and then uninstall it using the Add/Remove Programs control panel. (be sure to follow the uninstall directions carefully and reboot when prompted - if you get a message about changes to the system when it starts back up, allow the changes)

I wouldn't advise using anti-virus or anti-spyware software to try to fix this - that's probably what caused the problem in the first place.

Get CCLEANER from www.ccleaner.com and run that.

It can scan the registry for bad links such as this and clean it.

Also you could have spyware on the PC slowing it down and can also cause "dead links" and errors like this

I'd reccomend these 2, run each in turn
ADAWARE fro www.lavasoftusa.com (Free personal version)
also SPYBOT S&D from www.spybot.org (Again free for home use)
