Yes ,the Virgin Islands are a territory of USA.
San Juan, PR is also a territory of USA.
I do not know why we would want to keep San Juan, Puerto Rico though. I think we should give it back . LOL.
St. Thomas is a keeper . Worth the trouble. Enjoy the islands.

Anguilla, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Montserrat, and Turks & Caicos Islands belong to the united kingdom. usa of usa have Puerto Rico and the U. S. Virgin Islands. France has Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Barthélemy, and Saint Martin. The Netherlands have Aruba, Curaçao, the Netherlands Antilles, and Sint Maarten. Spain and Mexico have not got any AFAIK. nonetheless Mexico does have lots of stripling islands close to it fairly is coast - they are actually not somewhat considered Caribbean. the different significant islands are self reliant countries.

There is the US Virgin Islands...which is like Puerto Rico. The US technically owns it but it runs independently of the US.
The US Virgin Islands have their own Olympic teams. And Tim Duncan who was born there played for Team USA instead and the NBA claims him as a foreign born player.
