I have a lot of roaches in my garage... It's impossible to get rid of them without using some sort of insect poison. And we are VERY clean.
I heard the Recluse feeds on cockies.

No. The brown recluse is recorded from the western part of
the western panhandle of Florida, west to central Texas. Any
of them in the rest of Florida would be recent accidental
imports from somewhere else. For the roaches try using
diatomaceous earth or borax.

I'd get an exterminator before messing around with recluse's. A brown recluse bite is very painful to humans and can cause severe reactions. Such reactions can require extensive hospitalization and ongoing treatment. After a bite, the venom easily travels in the bloodstream and can infect other areas of skin that may already have a lesion.

If you can't afford a professional exterminator, you can make your own roach baits from boric acid (get it from a pharmacy), some sugar, flour, water, onions. This concoction is less troublesome than commercially bought sprays.

I think mangi's got it on the nose. As for getting rid of the roaches - you're in Florida. You might be able to clear them out for a little while, but they'll inevitably be back. I don't think spraying would be worth it - too much wide-ranging cost for too little temporary benefit. You could either accept the roaches as the price you pay for living in Florida, or just keep putting down poison baits (maybe make your own) to try to keep the population at least a little bit in check. I wouldn't worry about trying to encourage natural enemies; there are so many things already living in Florida that could potentially keep them under control (from centipedes to Geckos) that it's unlikely that you could find some way to boost their morale beyond the already endless supply of food.

Before someone misleads you the Brown Recluse is very common throughout the southern USA. They bite won't hurt for about 8 hours, it will just itch and then it will turn brown and hurt like nothing else. Just hire an exterminator to get rid of the cockaroaches.
