In specialization of labor, one studies a specific field lyk central defence under footie so you will be a central defender but in division of labor a group of ppl who noe how to work in a wider field lyk midfield, the manager or coach will distribute them according to their skills and so they will play as CM,LWM,RWM,CAM,CDM though they were not specially trained to be in positions lyk CM,LWM,....
