This is not a problem at all. Here's what you need to do.
1st, don't waste your time with AVG, true sword, spybot, ad aware, CA, spyhunter, superantispyware, avast, panda, kaspersky, spyware blaster, bitdefender, spyware guard, windows defender or anything of the sort. Stay away from anything that is FREE when it comes to spyware and antivirus. There is a reason why they free. They are NOT good.
2nd, You need some of the best software out there. Norton Systemworks is very good. That's the only good software from Norton. I wouldn't recommend Norton Internet security, its not that great. Now the best software you should get is Spysweeper with Anti-virus, this software is too good and gets better everyday. This is Elite software. It blocks over 450,000 definition threats, which contain multiple fringerprints with each(you can do the math). No other software can compete with that or come close for that matter. It catches everything and has active shields. I've used them all and it is 2nd to none.
3rd, after you install and update the software, since its in your system you will have to turn off system restore and then go into safe mode and run the scan and eliminate the virus. then after removal, reboot and turn system restore back on.
4th, (Optional) I recommend a Firewall from Zone Alarm, their free version is so good. Or you can buy their Pro version, but the free version will do more than the job.
5th, any probs during or after you do all this, send me an e-mail or IM. I guarenDAMNtee my answers and will help you in person from IM if needed.

A lot of viruses & spyware sit in RAM, the registry and System Restore and because of the latter will return even after deleting or re-booting. Removing can be quite time consuming but thankfully not impossible.
First of all turn off System Restore by right clicking on ‘My Computer’ > Properties > System Restore. Now enable “Turn off system restore on all drives” > click apply > click ok.
Re-boot your computer in Safe Mode – (achieved by pressing F8 continually during boot up) this should clear out the viruses and spies in RAM and the registry. Now run your anti virus and anti spyware software and delete or quarantine any viruses or spies found.
Re-boot your computer in normal mode and complete another virus check. If all comes back clean turn on System Restore.

as far as deleting those files. You should be able to delete by simply rebooting and going into safemode. However. This could inheriantly mess your computer up to the point where you'll need to reinstall everything
I would suggest that you get a program called "THE CLEANER", It's specifically designed for removal of Trojans. Also. Run your own antivirus program and also click here for a free web-based anti-virus scan of your computer... http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Hope that helps.

Go to the computer story and buy the latest Norton Antivirus software. This should be able to clean up your machine. You may have to boot from the CD and run the cleanup tools from there instead of loading windows first, because then the virus will be live, and will be harder to deal with.

That music you thought was free wasn't so free after all, was it?
You COULD run reputable antivirus solutions, but your best bet is to completely reinstall your operating system with a FULL format. Back up your data first. DO NOT BACK UP ANYTHING YOU GOT FROM A P2P PROGRAM LIKE LIMEWIRE, ARES, FROST, BEARSHARE, ETC.

Go to Symantec.com and search for a fix. You should probably also purchase a virus software so it less likely to occur again (and do your windows updates so that any "holes" or "backdoors" that the worms/viruses use can be patched).
