its half filed because it has an exstra piece of glass in the middle to make a river bank for mudskippers

Oooo, make a "beach(a muddy one ) at one end and keep "Mud-skippers",fish that walk out of the water. You could grow some Mangrove seeds, that would add an interesting dimension to an already fascinating tank. There are brackish water Cichlids called Orange or Green Chromis that are quite attractive. Archer-fish are brackish capable fish that can be fascinating to watch.
If they are acclimated slowly to salty water some of the Mollies will do very well in brackish tanks.(I've watched "Liberty" Mollies in the sea gutters in Belize City,where the salinity can change depending on which direction the wind is blowing or whether it's raining.)
I'm sure there are many more but these are the ones that come to mind.
That should be a great tank,and lots of fun.

Why is the tank half filled?

Bumblebee gobys are a nice brackish fish.

Dragonfish. It looks like an ell and perfers to lay on the bottom
