alot of people try to be scary for halloween and i wan't to be but my parents say they don't want me to scare people i just am trying hard but my parents say im to cute to look scary for halloween.will you girls help me get my parents to think i look good in a scary costum for halloween

Not that I think you should fight with your parents.....but I think maybe the only strategy that would be logical to me (as a parent) would be that a "cute" monster or a "cute" witch would actually be funny, not scary. Costumes that somehow go against type often get good responses.
After all, your behavior and body language while wearing the costume will determine people's reactions too.

Then just listen to them and find something else to be. Find something creative that no one would think of like an old tv character/movie character or book character. Be creative and plan your costume out in detail. These things will help you stay away from feeling bummed about what your parents don't want you to do and focus on something that you can do to express yourself.
