I get on my guitar or piano and just play away. Sometimes I like to drive. Other times, I just like to lay in a hot bubble bath and relax myself.

Interesting story.

Once upon a time, my family and friends were making hog's head cheese, a disgusting concoction some one from Loiusiana introduced them to and showed them how to fix. It takes quite a while to get the mixture just right and you normally use a big pot. I have several, but back then, the family thought lets use the pressure cooker to speed things up and because it was a huge pot. Well, for those of you who have never used a pressure cooker, it builds up pressure in inside the cooker to speed up the cooking process. One of my relatives did not know that, or forgot and, the time came when the pot needed to be stirred. Normally when you put a lid on a hot pot and lift it steam comes rushing out and you have to hold the lid at an angle to keep the steam from blowing right into your face. That is where this story gets interesting. If you ever make the mistake of using a pressure cooker as a pot pay attention to the pressure guage on top the pot. If ressure builds up in the ot and you pull on that lid without relieving that pressure, kaboom. The relative learned that lesson the hard way. The lid came up and hit her in the chest and the steam was so hot she received 2nd and 3rd degree burns all over her upper torso. It was one of those scary moments that sticks in your mind for life. I hope you never have to go through such an event. But, the lessen to learn from this story is how not to blow of steam. Do not use the wrong pot. (Alright that was not the lesson but it sounded good) The lessen is not to let your pressure build up to the point that it will explode in your face and land you in pain and sufferring; look for the signs that you may be under too much pressure and relase it little by little, or when you finally do go to blow off steam it will blow you right off your feet.

Oooh, tragic cooking metaphor, who could have seen that one coming.

Truth is I just watch a movie but I felt like typing.
