My favorite Great Dark & Evil Lord Of The Sith is actually Darth Vader. I wouldn't want to meet Him in a dark alley on Tattoine I know that.
Anthony Hopkins would make an Amazing Sith.
So would Ian McKellan.

My favorite Sith is none other than Anakin of course. I would love to see Sacha Baron Cohen as a Sith!

Favorite is a toss-up between Ray Park (aka Darth Maul) and Hayden Christensen (aka Darth Vader).

I am afraid that you are starting to fall into that category of one-topic-too-many-questions that Yahoo sometimes gets stuck with. I think you need to see another movie or get some friends to occupy your mind.
I don't even want to see the actors who already tried being Sith as Siths. Give it a rest.
