I am 24 yrs old.I couldnt keep me penis erect for more than 5 mins. While masturbating also my sperms comes out within 5 mins.With slight rubbing of penis(while it is erect) or over exaggeration my semen comes very quickly.I am scared. How do i keep my penis erect for long time?

Everything you describe is very normal. Not every man stays firm after ejaculation. Most men ejaculate before 5 minutes when they masturbate.
Stop worrying. Sounds like you are a very healthy young man.
As far as you becoming a father, you need not worry about that either. As long as your sperm swim to the eggs, conception is possible. It only takes seconds, not minutes.
