To initially build a good feedback record, start buying things from eBay. Buy things on eBay you might normally get at the store for a couple of months. I did this for about 3 months before I started selling. By that time I had 25 or so feedbacks, all positive. When I started selling, I got good prices right away, because my feedback looked good.

There are two ways to build your feedback. First, you can buy things and get a positive rating. Second, if you are selling high ticket items with a (0) score, smart buyers are likely to be inherently skeptical, so you could start with smaller value items and build it up.

You are just going to have to find a buyer that will let you buy from them and give positive feedback......that is pretty much the only way to get started....
