Is there a government agency that deals with companies that dont want to pay their employees overtime?

My employer doesnt think they have to pay me overtime. Who can I contact to get this taken care of? Is there a government agency or would i need to contact a lawyer

Depending on where you're from you shd find a govt agency to complain to. Something like the Ministry of Labour or Ministry of Manpower, the agency that's in charge of the Employment Act.

You should contact your State Labor Board.
