Not all, no. There are some values and goals which are independently worthy. The trick is to separate instrumental values from intrinsic values. Human life, love, knowledge, creativity, courage, compassion, and more.
Certainly many things are matters of taste, or are conditioned by the way you grew up, where you grew up, and the education and experience you have had. But there's no justifiable reason for murder or rape, for example, or theft in the absence of emergency. People who cannot see that self-interest includes promoting the interests of your community and your country and your world in ways that are ethical are not merely seeing things from a different perspective; they are not seeing things morally at all.

yes. there are always many sides to something. Some are more visible than others and depend on the person's perception and the way they see life.
you can see the empty half part of the glass or you can make your point of view from the full half of the glass
