how can a find a professional person that paints cars and does it on the side at home or somewhere??

for alot less, i think 3000$ to paint a car is just to ridiculous, anybody paint cars on the side?

I would say go to your local car and hotrod shows and start asking around. You can find someone to paint your car for $100 but remember that you get what you pay for. Good Luck.
