How to preserve a history for 1000 years

I want to preserve lots of things for the next generation including pictures, family tree, and lots of things which are part of me for the next millennium. Not for 100 years but for the year 3000. How do I do that? Is there is any institution or agency who can help me to do this?

All I can suggest you do is bury a time capsule containing the things you wish to record for posterity. There is no institution I know of that can help you - and as someone else has said, would it be around in 1000 years time. But make sure you tell your kids, and get them to tell their kids as well, etc.

Forget it. any institution active today is not likely to be around 1000 years from now.
